Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026 · 日本語
These terms govern your use of Nurevo ("the Service"), operated by Bestie. LLC, a company registered in Japan ("we", "us"). By installing the Service or issuing a site key, you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
Through a tag placed on your website, the Service provides:
- Input assistance and automatic correction of common input formats
- Descriptions that allow AI agents to operate your forms
- Analysis of completion rates and drop-off points
- Automatic improvement of those descriptions, informed by results across all installations
2. Eligibility and accounts
You need a site key to use the Service. Provide accurate details when requesting one. You must have authority over any website on which you install the tag.
We may decline a registration, or revoke an issued key, where the details given are false, where these terms have previously been breached, or where we reasonably believe use of the Service would disrupt its operation.
3. Fees
The free plan is provided at no cost and does not expire. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate shown on our website. We will give notice before any price change takes effect.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the fault is ours. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately, you acknowledge that this right is lost once provision has begun.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service in breach of any applicable law
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the workings of the Service
- Place an excessive load on the Service, or attempt unauthorised access to it
- Install the tag on any website you do not control
- Use information obtained through the Service for purposes beyond those for which it was provided
5. Your data and your visitors
Our handling of data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and includes the data processing terms that apply where we process data on your behalf.
You remain responsible for informing your own visitors about the Service as your jurisdiction requires, and for obtaining any consent that may be needed before the tag loads.
You retain all rights in the data collected from your website. You grant us a licence to use that data to provide the Service to you, and to derive aggregated, non-identifying insights that improve the Service for all users.
6. Availability and change
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. Where we can do so, we will give notice first. Interruption may occur for maintenance, for reasons beyond our control, or because an external specification the Service depends on has changed.
The Service depends on WebMCP and related specifications that are still being drafted. Functionality may change as those specifications change.
7. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will produce any particular outcome, including any improvement in completion rates or any rate of success for AI agents operating your forms.
Diagnostic results and improvement suggestions are informational, derived from the information available to us, and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or, if you are on the free plan, to one hundred US dollars.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory right you have as a consumer.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or from your failure to provide the notices or obtain the consents described in section 5.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the tag or cancelling from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access where you materially breach these terms and, where the breach can be put right, do not do so within fourteen days of our notice.
On termination we will delete the data collected from your website in accordance with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. Aggregated insights already derived, which do not identify you or your visitors, will remain in the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted here, except that material changes take effect thirty days after we email the address on your account. Continuing to use the Service after that point means you accept the revision.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Japan have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, nor of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
